Catering: weddings, corporate parties, Private Parties                                                                               

Our rates start at $25/person for pizza buffet service and $28/person for pizza and salad service.
Our service includes:

• pizza only or pizza and salad
• buffet tables and table covers- full set up with your choice of  wood crate pizza risers or gold pizza risers
• napkins, eco friendly paper plates, and eco friendly forks
• 2-3 hours of serving time (we set up earlier for prep)
• full staff ready to prep, cook and serve! 

Minimums

• our minimum is 50 people, however this varies depending on the location and time of season. During popular seasons May-Nov our minimum can range anywhere from 100-125 people. The minimum will be set in your estimate for you to review. 
• If you have a smaller party in mind let us know and we will see if we can accomodate.

Additional Costs

• $400 non-refundable deposit 
• sales tax
• travel charge anywhere outside Fort Collins, Loveland or Windsor
• parties over 75 people will require additional staff to ensure a smooth event
• lavish pizza toppings 
• vegan cheese after 5 guests
• gluten free crusts after 5 guests

PIZZAS

Three Cheese
house red sauce, shredded mozzarella, pecorino Romano and aged white cheddar cheese

Pepperoni
house red sauce, shredded mozzarella topped with large sliced pepperoni

Homemade Spicy Sausage
house red sauce, shredded mozzarella topped with our homemade spicy sausage

The Classic Margherita
light red sauce, olive oil, fresh mozzarella topped with fresh basil and grated parmigiano reggiano 

Olive Oil Garlic
olive oil, minced garlic, pecorino romano, shredded mozzarella, organic baby spinach, sliced crimini mushrooms  and fresh mozzarella topped with a dash of sea salt

This is our standard menu, however you have options to make it your own by requesting a specific pizza or request specific ingredients. Most requests should not accrue additional charges. We ask that the menu is limited to 5 pizza types.

Caesar Salad
chopped romaine lettuce, house caesar dressing, cracked pepper, croutons topped with fresh grated parmigiano romano
or
 Mixed Greens Salad
mixed greens, garbanzo beans and red onions served with a  ranch vinegarette    

dressing will be served on the side to preserve the integrity of the lettuce
