Originally from California, Josh and Rachel Rodriguez moved to this gem of a city we all call Fort Collins to raise a family and to enjoy the beauties of Colorado. For the love of pizza, the couple decided to take a leap by turning their past visions of owning their own pizzeria into a reality. With the whole family jumping on board, the pizzeria was put on wheels and The Rollin' Stone Wood Fired Pizzeria was born! This may be a brand new venture for the couple, but The Rollin' Stone has already found great success serving their wood-fired artisan pizza to hungry brewery patrons around the city.
Josh and Rachel proudly make their dough with flour sourced from Naples, Italy and make their sauce from scratch with fresh ingredients, staying true to artisan quality pizza. Dedicated to local sustainability, they also source all of their firewood locally!
